We provide complete home inspection including review of grounds, exterior, interior, roof, and all systems within the house. This will take approximately 3-4 hours including an overview of deficiencies with you at the end.
Townhouses
A complete review of the townhouse includes overall review of the property exterior and all interior systems of the subject strata unit. We help identify future problems with the building to inform you of potential future cost. This will take approximately 3-4 hours including an overview of deficiencies with you at the end.
Apartments/ Condominiums
A complete review of the condominium/apartment includes an overall review of the property exterior and all interior systems of the subject strata unit. We help identify future problems with the building to inform you of potential future cost. This will take approximately 2-3 hours including an overview of deficiencies with you at the end.

With his education, training, and over 30 years in the construction and electrical consulting industry, Gerry has a strong understanding of buildings and building systems.
